CASSAVA FLOUR FUFU


Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups Africa Finest Cassava flour
  2. 4 Cups Water

Preparations

  1. Sieve Africa Finest Cassava flour
  2. In a pot, add boiling water then add in cassava flour. Stir till cassava flour is incorporated
  3. Add 1/2 Cup hot water, put on stove and steam for 2 minutes
  4. Stir till fufu is smooth and lump free. Take off heat.
  5. Serve fufu with soup of choice like Okro soup, Nigerian turkey stew, efo riro, Egusi soup, etc
