YAM FLOUR FUFU – AMALA


Ingredients

  1. 2 Cup Africa Finest Yam flour (Elubo)
  2. 4 Cup Water
  3. 1 Cup Hot water reserved

Preparations

  1. Boil water in electric kettle and measure 4 Cups into pot
  2. Cover the pot and leave water to boil
  3. Lower heat then add in the Africa Finest yam flour into water at a go then stir with turning spoon till it comes together.
  4. Add in the reserved cup of water, cover and leave to steam for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir amala till it’s smooth and fluffy.
